What are the fees for your services?

Our sessions are priced at $175 each. The initial evaluation session lasts for 75 minutes, and follow-up sessions are 50 minutes each.

Is there an additional travel fee?

An additional travel fee may be added for home and community visits. A quote will be provided prior to scheduling the appointment.

What payment methods do you accept?

I accept credit/debit cards, process payments electronically through a secure, PCI and HIPAA compliant system. Payment is requested at the start of your initial appointment, and I require a payment method to be kept on file.

How does the No Surprises Act affect my occupational therapy services?

The No Surprises Act is designed to protect patients from unexpected bills for out-of-network healthcare services. In scenarios where you receive occupational therapy services in an emergency setting, or unknowingly from an out-of-network provider in an in-network facility, this Act prevents surprise billing. You are protected from being billed at out-of-network rates for these emergency services. Additionally, the Act emphasizes transparency in healthcare pricing, ensuring that patients receive clear information about the expected costs of services. Can you provide services to Medicare or Medi-Cal enrolled clients?

As a provider who is not enrolled with these systems, I am not permitted to accept payment from their beneficiaries.

What is your policy on insurance and reimbursement?

I am an out-of-network provider and do not take insurance at this time. If you are interested in submitting receipts to your insurance company for reimbursement, I can provide you with a superbill and any other necessary letters or documentation at your request. There is no reimbursement guarantee and coverage is dependent upon your insurance plan.
